Seasonal Hiring Applications Now Open - Friday, January 23, 2026

  1. How to Apply:

  2. Create an account and Log in by:

    1. Using an existing account. (If you do not remember your credentials, either use “forgot password” or call the Park’s office at (607) 772-7017 and we can troubleshoot for you.)

    2. Creating an account.(Any duplicate accounts will be merged together with preexisting accounts annually).

  3. Once logged in, find the employment tab. (if using a computer, or the tile if using a mobile device)

  4. Select one of the two application memberships by clicking the GREEN Enroll Button.

    1. “General Application—2026 Seasonal” for all jobs but lifeguarding or aquatic personnel.

    2. “Lifeguard Application—2026 Seasonal” for if you want to apply for a aquatic personnel position.

      1. YOU MUST BE OR SCHEDULED TO BE LIFEGUARD CERTIFIED FROM A CREDIBLE LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION PROVIDER (i.e. American Red Cross, YMCA, Etc.).

  5. The Employment Registration page will pop up.

    1. There will be a tab that reads: “Fee Type”, select “FREE FEE $0.00”.

    2. There is a section called “Members”. Choose which person under your account that you wish to apply.

    3. Select the BLUE Save Button.

  6. The Shopping Cart Page will pop up.

    1. Review your information. If all is correct, click the BLUE Go To Checkout Button.

  7. The Waiver Page will pop up.

    1. Read Waiver and click BLUE I Accept Waiver Button.

  8. The Required Forms Page will pop up.

    1. Select the BLUE Complete Form Button.

      1. Complete all required fields.

      2. Click the GREEN Submit Form Button.

      3. Click the BLUE I Have Completed All Forms Button.

  9. The Checkout Page will pop up.

    1. A FREE FEE notice will pop up.

    2. Click the BLUE Continue Button.

  10. You have successfully completed your application and an email should be in your inbox. We will contact you as soon as we review applications

Welcome to the Town of Salina Recreation Departments Registration & Information Webpage. 
 
We are so excited to be adding more to what we can provide to the town and it's residents. Below are some helpful links to better navigate the site. 
 
  • "Programs" is where you will find all of our active & upcoming programs and activities offered under the Department. There you will also be able to register yourself or children for those programs.  
  • "Facilities" is where you are able to look at each of our facilities, what they entail, and reserve for private use (if able). 
  • "Calendar" will show a list of all upcoming programs, events, and bookings viewable to the public. 
To utilize the program & Facility reservations, a household account must be made first. 
A household is one log in, for all members under that house. No need for accounts for each child or spouse.
